2. How many mature follicles?- 3@ 18, 16, 15 3. What was sperm count/motility?- 30 million 80% post wash. 4. What medications?- Clomid 100mgs cycle days 3-7 + follistim 75units (CD4, 6, 8) 5. What day did you get your bfp? 11,12,13 6. First couple of betas?- dpiui-100 7. How many babies?- God knows! 8. 2ww symptoms?- sleepiness, sore nipples, lower back ache, slight cramping near lower pelvic area.

I am Preggers!
So beta came back today and it sure shows I am
 !!! YAY FINALLY! It still hasn't quite hit me yet that I have a itty bitty little baby inside of me.... So here is my info: IUI: 1st Age: 23- PCOS Hubby: 25- handsome and perfect Follies: 4 days prior to U/S I had one mature 2-3 getting there, and a bunch of smaller oner Meds: Provera to initiate a period, femara day 3-7, Follistim at random doses. Trigger shot Beta: 211 for day 14piui I go in for another beta test on Friday morning to make sure my little bean is doing well Thank you for all of your support and encouraging words! 2. How many mature follicles?- ???, not monitored 3. What was sperm count/motility?- 42 million post wash / good motility. 4. What medications?- Clomid 50mgs cycle days 3-7 5. What day did you get your bfp? 13 (didn't test earlier) 6. First couple of betas?- 15 dpiui-347 7. How many babies?- We'll find out on 7/28/08 8. 2ww symptoms?- tired, slight cramping/pulling near lower pelvic area, sllight nausea

Hello everyone! Here are my answers!
1. How many IUIs did you do? First one today!! 2. How many mature follicles did you have? I do not know...they put me on clomid for cd5-9 and then I did OPK at home, when I had a positive I went in for the IUI. 3. What were your sperm counts post-wash, and motility? Do not know that either..... 4. What medications were you using if any? Clomid 100 mg. first time. 5. What day did you get your BFP? haven't yet!! 6. First couple Beta numbers? n/a 7. How many babies? 0 - m/c august of 2003.

Me: PCOS + elevated prolactin DH: Good to go!! May 8th- D&C (all is well!) May 19th- C1 50mg clomid and Parlodel May 29th- C2 100mg clomid June 7th- C3 150mg Clomid No ovulation with clomid June 16th- started follistim 75 total of 10 injections July 12th- July 14th- C2 of follistim July 29th- next u/s...should be ready for hcg!

What day did you get your bfp? 14 dpiui 6. First couple of betas? - 1st beta: 400 7. How many babies? - Probably one 8. 2ww symptoms? - Nothing the first week. Strange cramps 9 dpiui, kinda like my lower pelvic area was too tight. Starting 11 dpiui strange sensation like I have to pee all the time, even when I've just gone! (hope that's not TMI....LOL!) __________________

lining and implantation
maybe tell what mm your lining was also...
mine was 5mm and then went ahead with the IUI due to how many mature follies I had... scared about the lining. Has anyone had luck with 5mm lining and implantation?

IUI 2 week wait -

7, with 5 being medicated 2. How many mature follicles did you have? 1 at 23 mm and 2 smaller at 14 and 15mm 3. What were your sperm counts post-wash, and motility? Used donor sperm...post thaw 68 million with 45% motility 4. What medications were you using if any? Folllistim, femara and trigger shot. Now doing IM progesterone shots daily 5. What day did you get your BFP? 11dpiui 6. First couple Beta numbers? 13dpiui-24 and then 17dpiui-151 7. How many babies? Don't know yet...will have u/s at end of the month

What was sperm count/motility?- 90 million post wash / good motility. 4. What medications?- Gonal-F 300iu 5. What day did you get your bfp? 13 (didn't test earlier) 6. First couple of betas?- 20 dpiui-524 second on tomorrow! 7. How many babies?- Not sure yet! 8. 2ww symptoms?- tired, lots of cramping and lower back pain!

2. How many mature follicles did you have? 1- 19mm 3. What were your sperm counts post-wash, and motility? 20mil and 19.5 mil post wash 4. What medications were you using if any? Ovidril, Endometrin 5. What day did you get your BFP? 14dpo Beta (didnt test before 6. First couple Beta numbers? 71 14dpo, ??-16 dpo 7. How many babies? should only be one 8. How think was your lining? 9mm before trigger 9. 2ww symptoms? Headache 10dpo, light nausea evenings of 12 and 13 dpo, light cramping from 10dpo to now, spotting 11 and 13 dpo- had allready written off this month and cried,was waiting for AF to come.

Congratulations everyone! This board is so great! I had my first IUI done today. Pray for us! Thanks for all of your posts.

Me: Age 25 Dx: OW, Hypothyroid, possibly PCOS (or just the Overweight factor). Meds: Synthroid, Metformin, Clomid, and Prometrium. Took BCP for 8 yrs. DH: Age 25 - perfect (early '07 OB did SC, showed ~ 20 mil) IUI showed super sperm 8/27/08! TTC since '06. 7/31/08 RE appt. U/S - 2 follicles L 17x22, R 11x12, HCG Ov'd, but IUI cycle #1: 8/19/08-HSG test - clear & perfect & no pain at all! whew! 8/25/08-U/S 2 follicles, R 24x18, L19x15. CM not good though, so going for IUI on 8/27!!! 8/27/08-IUI done! Saw sperm under microscope and they look great. Motility 70% before wash, 80% after wash. Praying for BFP!  PLEASE PRAY FOR US!
