Hi all!!!

Im new to this whole posting thing... My husband and I have been TTC for 6 years now with no success. We are getting ready to try our first IUI! Day one is today and I am going to do the Clomid days 5-9 and ultrasound is scheduled for December 15.. What exactly are they looking for when they do the ultrasound prior to the IUI???

Hello!! And !!!! Just wanted to wish you luck in your journey!!! I will send lots of prayers your way that this is it for you!!!!!
As far as the u/s prior to the IUI, I do believe they are checking to see how you responded to treatments...lining and folical sizes.

Welcome! This is a great place for answers. Like Maggiemoo said, the doc will check to see how well you respond...how many follies and size of follies. It will help determine timing of your IUI. Good luck.
