Started my medications
Well, today was day one of my gonal f injections. I really hope this month works because I'm so tired of this!!! Anyone else starting medications this week?

Me: 33 PCOS Dh: 32; low motility 1st IUI with RE: May 2005 Gonal F and ovidrel  DS: 2 years old and my sweet boy! 1st IUI 10/07 gonal f and ovidrel  2nd IUI 12/07 gonal f and ovidrel but was bleeding. Turned out to be either ectopic or an abnormal pregnancy...  3rd IUI 3/28/08 gonal f and ovidrel Started gonal f injections 5/15 IUI on 5/26 6/9 -  1st Beta - 86 2nd Beta - 247 3rd Beta - 1,179 4th Beta - 2,799 U/S on 6/20 - saw one sac! U/S on 7/3 - heard hb 162! U/S on 7/31 - saw lots of movement  NT Scan on 8/4 - hb 175! Ob appt 8/28 - everything looks good! Anatomy scan 9/25 - still looking good!

Im actually in the middle of my 2ww... but good luck with the injections!
I am still feeling the effects of Follistim! Hope you get your this round!!!

Me: 23 PCOS & Endo DH: 28 Sorta Normal (SA-94% abnml) TTC: 3 yrs natural, 3 years with ObGyn-RE 6 cycles clomid 50 - 150 nothing. 2 cycles clomid 50 - 100 & met 500 - 1000- nothing. 2 cycles clomid 100 & met 1500- ovulated first cycle, BFN. 2nd cycle nothing.  1st IUI, puregon 50 - 75 pregnyl. 1 follie. 2nd IUI, Puregon 75 - 100 Ovidrel. 1 follie. 3rd IUI, Puregon 100 Ovidrel. 1 follie 4th IUI, Puregon 100 Ovidrel. 1 follie on 15th January. 1st Beta 15th Jan - 3, 2nd Beta 21 Jan - 140, 3rd Beta 3 Feb - 4800. 1st u/s on 8th Feb. Showed nothing in uterus, rushed in for surgury. Ectopic, removed baby and ruptured Left tube. 7wks 5days  5th IUI, Puregon 100 - cancelled - 5 follies IVF. 15 eggs collected, 10 fertalised. 7 snowbabies and 1 transfered. - On pill to settle OHSS then onto FET around December.

Merry:31 Partner (Michelle):32 12/14/07: IUI 12/28/07:  1/18/08: IUI 1/31/08: February: took break 3/29/08: IUI 4/12/08: 4/17/08: Finally started 50mg clomid!!! 4/29/08: IUI 5/13/08: and came the next day (14th)5/30/08: IUI (getting settled in for the 2ww) 5/13/08 june '08-took much needed break 7/30/08-IUI with 100 mg clomid and hcg shot Aug and Sept. '08-took break October--canceled IUI--only 1 egg matured November--Starting Gonal F shots at the end of the month hopefully. With an estimated IUI time around the beginning part of December to see a as an early X-mas present!!!

hi ladies.
I actually started my injections today. The nurse had called late yesterday and said to have me start them tonight so that I can have them checked on Thursday AM. They doubled my dose of Repronex this month. I, too, am hoping and praying this is the month for us. the emotional roller coaster just gets to be a bit trying at times. I don't have near the side effects with Repronex that I had with Clomid....I think the clomid really does send your emotions all over the place. Talk to you all soon. Renee
