Hi ladies! This was my 1st IVF cycle and I got my BFP. See signature for details. I am 6 weeks today and my due date is Feb 11, 2013 and I just wanted to have some support over the next 9 months. I have a DS that is 10 and I don't even remember what it is like being pregnant.

Oh, someone finally started a February thread? I've been crashing on the Dec/Jan one .. ;-)

I'll be due about the 10th, by my calculation. Had my first ultrasound Monday and saw a heartbeat of 112. Second one in two more weeks for my first real OB appointment.

I kept checking to see if someone started one and finally I said what the hey! Glad I am not alone. We are due right around the same time. I just had my US on Monday too. HB was 117. I go back next week for the 2nd one then hopefully I will graduate and move on to my OB. Have you had any symptoms? I have none! No sore boobs, morning sickness, nothing! I know I shouldnt be complaining its just I though I would feel it by now.

Sorry for crashing ladies! I am due Jan 21, and stay on the Dec/Jan due dates but was just browsing around.
I had not sickness til 7wks. And my boobs arent sore anymore. They were on and off. Thought the nausea was gone, but its back here and there. Fatigue is another problem. Its back and all I wanna do is sleep!

Right around the 2 week mark, I was having just that full kind of feeling low down. But it's since gone away, and I'm not sure if it was an adjustment or perhaps just due to the meds, since I was on a lot and I've dropped down since then.

This is my 3rd pregnancy and so I say with complete confidence that I was also having round ligament pains, (they normally don't start until quite a bit later on) but was a very definitive pregnancy sign for me. But then, I realized, coulda just been the meds, too.

Thankfully no morning sickness yet. With my 2nd, I didn't have many symptoms at all -- just tired, but otherwise, didn't feel pregnant at all. You don't get a whole lot of feedback, but it's definitely the way to go.

My placenta was anterior both times and so I didn't even feel the baby moving until 18-20 weeks.

As a curiosity, supposedly the placental position (right or left) can point to gender. I have no idea whether there's any truth to it or not, but I plan to ask the u/s tech. =)

Hi Ladies,

I'm still a bit hesitant to join an actual due date board, but as of today I am 5 weeks, 5 days along and my due date is Feb 15th.

I go in for my 7 wk ultrasound on July 2nd, maybe then I'll finally be able to exhale and believe that I am really and truly pregnant.

Jmiller- you can crash anytime my love. The tiredness hasnt hit me hard yet. Im sure its coming.

Alj315- I had to google ligament pains lol. This is my 2nd and I dont remember half this stuff.

Wishes4baby- So glad you joined. I understand what you mean about being hesitant. I felt the same way. I don't feel I'll feel truly confident until after my first trimester. Good luck with your US. Hope all goes well.

Hey ladies! Hope everyone is having a great weekend.

Well be careful what you wish for! Ive been harping on how surprised I was that I had no symptoms yet. Shoulda kept my mouth shut. I just finished hugging the toilet and man did it suck. Ive been laying down all day because I felt nauseous. I barely ate anything, then if finally hit me and I went running. Also my mouth is over salivating. So gross! So I guess it begins!

Hi Ladies!!

I was so thrilled to find this board. I had looked on thebump and babycenter, but I really wanted to find a place where the other women could identify with the TTC challenges my husband and I have endured, especially thru IVF.

1st IVF in Feb resulted in ectopic and was pretty traumatizing.

I just got my BFP after finishing 2nd IVF cycle - bright and beautiful pink lines on my home test, confirmed with my 1st beta - # was 162. 2nd beta is on Monday. Online due date calculators put me at a due date of Feb 28, 2013 (so I'm just squeaking my way onto this board).

I am so thrilled but so terrified after what happened last time around. So far just my hubby and our parents know, so this board will be a wonderful place to be able to share all these crazy emotions when the rest of my world doesn't know anything.

Looking forward to going on this journey. As of right now, extremely eager for 2nd and 3rd betas and of course the big first ultrasound.

How many people have you all told? Are you waiting until after 1st trimester to share the news?

LOL! I was just thinking I wish I had some pregnancy symptoms, but maybe I should enjoy this time before they really start!

That's probably what did you in! Make yourself eat! Something bland, but don't let your stomach get empty!

I've been having a bad taste in my mouth for a few days (an "oh yeah, I remember this from last time" feeling..) and am wondering if it's a precursor to the morning sickness but I'm trying to stay ahead of it before it turns that way. Chewing gum, sipping water, staying fed helps the most at the moment.

MrsJay -- that must be nerve wracking - are they going to do your ultrasound early, or waiting until 6 weeks?

MrsJay! Its great to have people thay know what you are going thru. This board has been a life saver! Congrats on your great news. I know its hard not to worry given what you went through. I pray you have a happy and healthy 9 months! We have told close friends and family. Most knew we were doing IVF so it was just natural to share as soon as we got our BFP. The official announcement on FB and to everyone else wont come until Im 12 weeks since thats when everyone says its "safe". Its hard to keep it in though.

Alj315- thanks for the advice I am really going to try. Its just so hard cause I feel so nauseous. Nothing appeals to me. I just forced myself to eat some saltines.

Hi All,
By the pregnancy calculators it appears I'm squeaking in to this feb thread too. I had my ET on 6/12. Did beta a day earlier than scheduled (day 8) and it was 31.8. Thankfully it tripled on Friday to 97.7. My first u/s is 6/30. I've been trying to figured out how many weeks I am considered but this FET makes it confusing. My embryo was frozen on day 6. Any thoughts?

I'm excited (and nervous) for my 2nd beta tomorrow. Hoping for a big ole jump from the 1st number.

Hello! I am not sure how pregs I am either - my ET was the 13th with day 5 embryos so we are pretty much in the exact same boat. I guess at the first u/s they can measure and give a better idea. My 1st isn't until July 6th - might lose my mind before then
