Femara and Menopur??
Hi Ladies
Anyone use Femara and Menopur during same cycle? If so can you advise as to its effects and if it works? Thank you

hi, i'm new to this forum, i just had my first iui and it failed. we're about to try for another iui this cycle and i really hope this works. baby dust to us all...

I tried a combo round of Menopur and Letrozole, but that cycle didn't work. However, it did make my follies grow really well and my RE decided to go with a round of pure Menopur the next time and we got our miracle!! Best of luck!!

Hi carriebugzz,
I am currently on an ivf cycle with letrozole+menupur for 5 days, and then follistim+menupur for the next 4 days. I can't tell you about the success rate yet, as I'm still waiting. Good luck though  But if I do have success, I'll let you know!

Femara and Menopaur was my magic combo! Worked on the 1st try...combined with IUI. I had 4 follies from the Menopaur. Good luck!

And another RE said that pure Menopur could be toxic and you never need more than 150 units of Menopur. Which is true?! I'd LOVE to hear your - or anyone else's - experience with pure Menopur. Hi, everyone.
I just finished my first month with menopur and femara. I did femara 3-7 and then menopur 75iu for 5 days and had one follie at 20 so I triggered. Now I am 9 DPO and DEVASTATED with every BFN I get. I am going to talk to my doctor if this month about increasing.. I just feel like nothing is going to work. I was also wondering how your doctors approach more than one follicle per cycle? My doctor does not want me to get more than one? I hear so many stories of people who have success with a few big follies? I don't know if it is because of my size 5'4 105 and thinks there is a risk? Would love to hear how your doctor approaches each month. thanks Danielle (27) Larry (33) ttc #1
