Clomid or Femara???

I need some advise. Dr told us today that if this month we are not pregnant we can try Femara (I'm on clomid+trigger shot right now). Dr said it's up to us if we want to continue with clomid or try Femara. Girls, any of you who know, please let me know which medicine is more effective. What is my best option? Thank you.

Femara with injectables worked for me on the first try. Clomid...tried for three cycles at the start of IF treatment, and my body did not react correctly to it.

Good luck!

I tried multiple cycles of clomid with no results and I became pregnant on my 2nd cycle of femara. Femara is suppose to promote a better uterine lining and more healthy implantation. Plus for me personally clomid made me experiance mood swings constantly and with femara the mood changes were at a minimal. Good luck.

I went through 4 round of Clomid alone, and then a 5th with the help of Menopur and Ovidrel. Clomid wasn't strong enough for me even with the shots. So this month, I'm going to be starting Letrozole w/ the Menopur and Ovidrel again. My dr. said it was stronger and from what I've read, many women have had early success with Letrozole. I have PCOS and ovulation is pretty much non-existent without help. Give the Femara a try!
