Help!!!! I dont know what I should do. I am on CD 14 took Estrace then Femera on CD 5-9. Getting my trigger shot tomorrow. I have no EWCM and dont know if the spermies can get where they need to with out it? What should I do. They want us to BD tomorrow and the next two days but, no CM???? Any suggestions would be GREAT.

Are you doing IUI? I didn't have any CM either with Femara. From what I've been told with IUI you don't need the CM because the sperm is being placed inside your uterus so it doesn't have as far to go.

Something I'm doing is taking Evening Primrose Oil up until IUI and then switching to an omega 3. EPO is supposed to create more CM that is sperm friendly. I read an article that said that by taking EPO, it creates an environment that allows the sperm to live up to 8 days.

I know this doesn't help you with your current cycle, however you should be able to get this at your local drug store.
