Hello Ladies,

Will say that Femara is great. When was on Clomid I had only one follice each time an when changed RE an he put me on Femara I had 4 follices which have never had before.

Had IUI yesterday and I was ovuating while he was doing the IUI. this cycle works if not will not be doing anymore treatments until Dh has another SA to see if his count an movement of sperm has came up more. Yesterday the sperm movement was only 40% after washing but the count was 4 million after wash but before it was 12 million an movement 35%. If not change in 3 months we will be moving on to IVF/ICSI. The RE said I responded great to the drug so will be a great candiate for IVF...

started my period today. so i will be starting my third round of femara this week. i hope for better luck this time.

What does your doctor consider a good response from Femara in terms of Follicles? and good luck, I'm on my 2WW of the 5 femara cycle with timed intercourse and crinone.

Not sure if I am close. I finished on Friday. Went this am and I am having IUI in the am. Positive ovulation result. After 8 wasted mths on clomid the femara has worked for us so far.

i am not sure
the first month i had 1 follicle on the left and a very small follicle on the right
the second month i had no follicle on the right and a very large cyst on the left
i am still new to this and i have been trying to do more research so i have alot more questions for my doc tomorrow

started my next round of femara i am going on tuesday to get my next ultrasound, so we will see.

well, I went ahead and did HPT today so if neg I could stop this awful crinone, infact it was .
Although, I wasn't feeling very good about it I guess subconsciously we get a psyched anyway, so of course feeling disappointed but glad for the wait to be done for now.

I think we will take off next month from going to RE for monitoring and take a breather. We are nearing the end of the window we had given ourselves to have another. I'm thinking of taking CoQ10 for a couple of months to see if it help my DOR. Thinking that I may want to try one more IUI before giving up hope so will have to see what DH thinks about that.

Anyway, will continue to be on here and would love to hear from you guys that someone gets good news!

I am taking this month off (from monitoring anyway). It's hard not to think about cycle days but am trying to have a month where it doesn't run my life. I know that God is the only it can make it happen whether on meds or not and am going to hope for another miracle!

i completely understand
i tested today and it was negative but it is still 5 days before my period, so i will test again on friday, but if i am not pregnant we will take a break too. maybe until the first of the year.
