martip- sorry about AF, as I mentioned we did no monitoring and I even decided not to do opk this month. I'm sure it's my mind playing tricks but I feel like I o'd this week without getting a cyst? DH and I only every other night, again trying to actually enjoy this month. We'll see what happens-another miracle is always possible right?

Good luck and keep in touch on your break!

chuckdrea-I'm sorry for all of your issues in TTC.

What is the plan for you with the femera since your tubes are blocked?

We have been taking a break for couple of months, praying hard that a miracle will happen and we might conceive on our on just one more time .

But after this cycle is no positive we will maybe try IUI twice more before throwing in the towel for good based on both of our ages and my fertility history.

Would love to hear how things continue to go for you or am here if you just want to chat and vent sometimes.

Good luck and you are in my prayers!!

Hi thanks for the response, i was begining to think that nobody reads any of these boards lol
Well I was trying to update my sig and it's not allowing me to post anymore then 1000 words and I don't think I even came close...

My original RE who is out of state firmly believes I do have one open tube, he says SHG is not the best way to deteremine if your tubes are open he says they can get spasms in them and since I had one open one a few months ago that he thinks I am good! He also said he would send me for another HSG if I wanted, so I said maybe I will after this month of trying the meds. Its my first time trying meds so I am feeling a bit at ease this month.

How are you doing? Its nice to talk to others who are going thru the same thing. I don't have any friends in my shoes so I know they don't quite understand all this.

Chuckdrea-I know what you mean I have friends preggo now and they are sensitive to my issues but don't quite "get it"
I'm thinking that I will call me RE Monday and go in for a progesterone test to confirm ovulation. I had lh surge on Tuesday but have had some right sided discomfort ongoing since then so afraid I have a cyst which could mean the egg didn't release?
Regardless, I think we will try IUI next cycle unless something miraculous happens this cycle. Still hoping for another but also trying to brace myself for the reality that it won't happen for us .
