Hello Ladies-

Well I just got back from the RE and good news! I have 2 maybe 3 mature follies measuring at 19, 22 and maybe a 3rd at around the same size. My lining was only at 7 or 8 though. From what I have read that is not ideal but i am still hopeful. Has anyone else become pregnant with a lining like that? I am also curious if I should still be checking for an LH surge after the shot?? She really didn't tell me I should. Well now comes 3 nights of sex! I really feel good about this but if you can offer any insight on the lining and trigger question I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Hi Rylie- I ran across your post looking for info on letrozole. I think we are going to try it next cycle if this one doesn't work out for us.
No, you don't need to check for LH surge. If you are doing the trigger injection.....you will ovulate. Just have intercourse for the 3 days following injection and you'll be fine. I did not do the IUI this month, and so RE told me told just have intercourse for the next 3 days after the shot.
Oh, and I think your lining sounds great! Mine was only 4 this month (due to the clomid and why I didn't follow through with IUI.) My RE said it just needs to be a 6 or above.

Hey ryles. Im triggering today. My linning was only 7mm and the RE said it was pretty good because the pattern was what they want to see. My biggest follie was only 16mm so i'm hoping it grew a bit overnight! GL to you.

Good luck to you Jennifer 27 and Schell1978!!! Thanks for your encouragement. This has definately been a rollercoaster! First night of sex went good but last night was a challenge to say the least. I think my husband is a little nervous if you know what I mean. We will try once again tonight but this is truly in God's hands. Oh the anxiety! I really wish you all the best.
