Hi all - will have to catch up on all the posts a bit later but just wanted to post an update...
We have TWINS!!  Baby A is measuring right on target and had a heartbeat of 124 - Baby B is measuring almost a week smaller - we could see a little teeny heartbeat but it was too small to hear. The RE isn't sure if Baby B is going to make it or not...so we go back for another u/s next Monday to see. So please be praying with us for little Baby B to catch up Hugs to all

omg, i got on here to update my signature and since i'm a junkie i coudln't help peeking at the forum and i can't believe how much trouble ya'll have gotten into since i left. lol! i'm sorry if i in any way caused that. i just hit (and am still at) rock bottom and was trying to figure out a way to calm myself down. i miss you guys. i just wanted to let you know the d&c didn't work and they gave me the methotrexate shot for an ectopic. i am so depressed right now and i just want all this to be over. this has already pushed us back to february and that's if it actually works this time. he seems to think i might keep having ectopics if we don't remove my tubes. i really don't want to do that b/c then ivf would be my only option for the future (not that ttc naturally got me anywhere). keep praying for us.

Me(32) all ok DH (34) SCO azospermia DS (17) conceived naturally previous relationship TTC many years IVF workup 8/07 DH-all labs normal slightly elevated FSH U/S normal 12/7/07 25 eggs retreived 17 matured & frozen DH's tese unsuccessful 1/29/08 Cornell gives a 10% of finding sperm DH doesn't want to bother 1/21/09 new urologist gives us 20% we are going to do it again 2/25/09 didn't get psych approved to move on with known donor due to age 4/8/09- our journey is over. We are going to live each day to the fullest and THANK GOD for all the beautiful blessings we have. We will never stop TTC naturally  but it is in GOD's hands if/when we do get a BFP! that baby b catches up. So glad to hear that baby a is doing well! Crob - I am so sorry that you are having to go through this. I am thinking about you and for you and dh.

That is unbelievable.Rayne and Sara - Thanks I know I need to relax about the weight. I am excited about what is happening to my body because it looks like it is working but it is freaking me out a little. I started eating healthy today. I have been doing a lot of bagels and pasta. I am going to try to incorporate more protein.

Crob- glad you checked in. I am sorry for all that you have been through, you have had more than your fair share. Hope you know you are always in my thoughts and prayers. Big Big  to you. JoJo- I think I am going to be just like with the weight issue. I have always been really controlling about my weight and I know now is the time to let go of that. Oh, My u/s is the 29th- my re released me to Ob after my 2nd beta, so I have to wait until 8 weeks to see my OB. THe wait is killing me. I am still considering buggin my re's office again to let me come in next week. Rayne/Tpbaby- I am right with you in the eating thing (I have to eat really frequently or I feel sick, and its only worse now), so I am hoping both of your glucoses come back normal. Jen- Can't wait to hear about tomorrow!!!! Sara- Glad your little ones are doing so great, that 4D image sounds so cool. How is bedrest going? You seem to be staying in such good spirits. Hugs to everyone. I heart our new thread!!!

SarahNJ, her previous doctor didnīt seem to think it was policystic ovaries what she had but she will be getting a whole bunch of tests on Weds. Writing on behalf of my sister and BIL Sister: 30, POCS BIL: 31,NOA Sept. 08:2 SA: 0 10/14/08:Confirmed diagnosis 10/15/08: Met w/ UR 10/17/08: BIL had BW done 10/28/08: Appt UR:High FSH-29 ,7,25-30% chance of finding  .11/05/08: Got authorization for treatment 11/20/08: Karyotype NORMAL!!!! 11/27/08: TESE. found !!12/10/08: 1st visit with the ER doctor. Plenty of follicles. No cysts. 12/18/08: Follow up appointment with UR and ER doctor. 01/07/09:IVF1: US, blood work. 01/11/09: 2nd US:Nothing changed Hyperstimulation. Cycle cancelled.02/14/09: IVF2: 20mm puregon. 02/17/09-03/08/09: Follicles slowly maturing. 03/10/09: ER; 10 follicles, 8 mature, 4 fertilized 03/13/09: ET 2 grade 1 embrios (none made it to freezing )03/24/09: POAS, evil pee stick, said: 03/26/09: Beta: Thank you God!04/13/09: 1st US ectopicCycling in June.

crob- I am so sorry you ended up having to have the shot as well. I am praying so so hard for you guys. You will get through this and you guys will be great parents. Ash- holy cow!!! Twins!! congratulations!!!! I am praying baby b catches up by monday- that is great that baby b had a heartbeat though!! kris- thanks for all you prayers!! I can't wait for you to start here soon!! tpbaby- 21 weeks already Wednesday!! I love the US pic of your precious girl! rayne- Good luck with the glucose screen thurs. I cannot believe you are 7 months already... you had your ivf just days after mine. I'm glad we are preggo together for some of the time at least!! Oh and the glucose screening is that another routine test for everyone? jojo- ok, so does everyone get an ultra screen as well? apasionada- your sister feeling scared now is completely normal. Tell her not to try not to worry. I know it is easier said than done.. I can't wait to hear when they start as well. sara- wow you got 4d pics!! amazing!!!!!!! I am so glad they are doing well and you got to see them! Well US is at 11:40 tomorrow so hopefully i'll post sometime in the pm.....

Dec.9th first US empty sac 12/26- cytotec to induce miscarriage 3/14- iui#3 25.5 mil swimmers 16dpiui beta #1 ... 424!! - please let this one be ok!! 4/6 beta #2 23dpiui 6,862!! 4/14 first US 6w3d-sac measuring 5.5 week 4/21 sac still empty- another blighted ovum 4/22 cytotec again No more treatments. We are ready to move on. Happily pursuing domestic infant adoption Oct. 20,2009 officially active with our agency and waiting for a baby!!

Crob - I am so sorry that you are going through this. It is really unfair. I am praying that this shot does the trick and that this can finally be behind you.
Jen - No I don't think so. I am 35 so for me they want me to check. I am really scared of the amnio and don't want to do it if I don't have to so my OB recommended this. I read someone on the board who's insurance sisn't cover it because she wasn't 35 or over. Hopefully all will come back ok and that will be it. Good luck tomorrow. Lauren - There is no way that I could wait until 8 weeks for the first u/s. My RE did 3 u/s before he released me. You are one patient lady. Yeah the weight thing is a trip. People at work now that they know that I am pg are trying to get me to eat a bunch of stuff and yelling at me cause they say I am denying myself. Its pretty annoying. I heart this thread too!!!! TP - Thanks for your thoughts. I am not sure if those are the same. My OB told me this version was relatively new. Sara - I wish you could find a way to post the pics of the babies. I bet it is awesome. I am exhausted. I just wanted to check in. Talk to you all tomorrow.

Cubbys: this is yall's week! I can feel it! Keeping my fingers crossed for you two! Apasionada: That is great news about having "extra" for your BIL and sister to use! Awesome. Tell your sister not to worry, and to remember it is beyond her control. I know easier said than done. Has she done any research on how to prepare your body for IVF? I also do know that acupuncture is something that has also been proven to increase chances. Just some thoughts. As for me, I just got my call today for my ultrascreen that will be on 12/30.
