Sounds good Tripp! Keep us posted.

Syreeta-
I won't know about our next cycle until after we meet with the specialist at Cornell on 5/7. I do know that he only does mTESe four months of the year so it may be June or Sept. How about you?

Tripp - sounding real good. Any more news?

Jen & Tripp- Good news is that I finally have an appointment for the next step on April 19th. That is if LH doesn't have to teach or go out of town for work, which will make me have to reschedule, and make me go nutts!!

Go news is my daughter and I have been working out a lot and have been loosing weight, and that is what RE wants me to do anyways. Not a whole lot of weight loss, but I'll take anything at this point.

Jen - I'm so excited for you and DH going to cornell the research they've done, looks wonderful.

Hi everyone! Kuddlygal- Great news! That is just around the corner. I hope it all works out for you both to go.

Well, just when I thought I couldn't stand one more early morning bloodwork and u/s, I got good news today. My follicles were .1 of a mm away from being enough to trigger (I had 2 other huge ones), so they're going to gave me stims AND trigger tonight. My ER will be 7:30 Friday morning! Yea!

Hi! The transfer went well. I love that place. You get a pink robe and pink IV which you can't even feel because they numb you first and everyone is so nice. I even got a heated blanket since the IV made me a little chilly. Anyway, they got 20 eggs. A little less than last time, but still good! We'll find out in the morning about the fertilization with the frozen guys. I pray they find really strong sperm that will give them several grade 1's and they'll stick this time!!!

Male factor here too. Husband has unknown partial vas on one side and blocked on the other. All blood work points to nothing abnormal. Yes, what a struggle for him, especially being in the military where they breed like rabbits. Please take no offense, as I am a military brat through and through, military wife, and I work for the military myself.
Were your frozen guys from the epidedmis ( I know that is spelled wrong)? They did not mention to us how they were going to freeze. I don't even think we got enough to freeze, the urologist was stingy. And I don't know that my husband would want to go through another TESA again, especially since he was awake with only some lidocaine for numbing agent. I watched the whole thing, pretty gruesome. Doc did not like me in there, especially when I was getting mad at them not properly medicating him for something of this nature. Anyway, we have some great frozen embabies.
I wish you much luck on your journey.

Hi! They took his righ out of the top of his testicle. For the test, they kept him awake, but for this one they put him completely under. It was pretty brutal. It was expected to be a 4 hour surgery, but they found a tubal? with a ton of sperm, so it only took 1 hour. I'm so glad you have frozen embabies!! None of ours made it to blast. Good luck this month! Have you started meds yet?

Thank you. Yes, we were glad too!!! They thought at first that they didn't get enough and that what they did get might not make it overnight....thank God they did.
I start BCP this month once AF graces me w/ her presence. I am not sure when I will start patches and POI, though...maybe in May right before FET.
How about you, have you started meds yet? Are you doing IVF or ICSI? I wish you much luck.....

Hey there t2j!

Glad you are joining our little group here.

tripp- that sounds wonderful. I cannot wait to hear how they are progressing come tomorrow. They took a lot so I am praying many will do very well.

How many does your doc generally transfer back?

Jen - How are you doing?

Last time they transferred 2 embryos- a 1 and a 2, but they didn't take. I wouldn't be against 3 if there were three good ones. I hate going throught those oil shots for nothing!

t2j- I'm done with meds and had my egg retrieval today. They'll transfer embryos on Monday hopefully.

Tripp-Glad your retrieval went well. 20 is great. I am so excited to her about your transfer. for you.

Syreeta-So happy to hear about you and your health kick. I went back to weight watcher's since I am not cycling yet I might as well get in shape. I can't wait to hear about your appointment. Hope LH's schedule works out.

t2j-Welcome to our group. It must be tough being in a military environment. I don't know many military people but they do seem to have lots of kids. You will get there. Keep us posted on your FET.

We are still waiting for 5/7 for the appointment with the Urologist at Cornell. This waiting is the worst!

I agree with you Jen - waiting is THE WORST at any point of this IF journey. We're constantly waiting on something
I'm trying to be patient and I havent even begun the cycle process yet. Aggg!!!
I am so excited about you getting to go to Cornell with the specialist there.

Tripp - Have the dr.'s office called to inform u how the eggs are doing?

Trish - I just read on another post that you will be looking into doing IVM. I cannot wait to hear how your cycle goes.

OK- 18 eggs were mature enough to fertilize, and of those 6 are dividing correctly today. It's the same percentage that we had last time. Hopefully this time 1 or 2 will make it. I'm a little worried I have to admit.
