Any stories of obstructive azoospermia corrected and able to conceive naturally?

I am looking for experiences of people who had azoospermia which was caused by a blocked tube or something, which was then fixed and who then went on to conceive naturally.
Not Varicocles, but any other blockages.
Looking for hope!!!!!
