Looks like low everything to me. Is the first number your DH's number and the second number the reference range? Is DH the biological father of your 10 year old?

elaine I'm not sure on it that was how the paper was wrote out. IMO I think it was a messey write out. The doctor we was seeing is now gone so now waiting in Jan -09 to see a new one. Yes we do have a bio by my DH. Here is the way I understand the paper. Tests results white & opaque Volume <1.5 L ml PH 8.0 Concentration 3 PL Motility 37 L 17 % MOTILITY at 6 hours post collection Progression Poor Movement Liquefaction < 1 Hour Morphology 20 L 80% Abnormal Forms Include Head and Tail Abnormalitites Comment: Few WBC Present Few immature Sperm Cells Present Hopefully that is easier to understand that is his test results Now on the Unit & Normal range it woud be Units & Normal Normal Gray-white & opaque Units ML Normal 1.5-5.0 PH 7.2 Units million/ml Normal 20-375 Units L % Normal 60-100 Normal on Liquefaction < 1 Hour Normal for Morphology should be 30-100 That is why I have being trying to understand the paper we got. Trying to see what might be wrong. Not sure if it is the meds he is taking or some other problem. I sure hope they give us good news instead of bad. It is so hard to believe his results look like that now. He use to have a high count now it looks like this. We was hopeing for a BFP before this year was out but nope.

Okay, that's how I read it too. The results don't look that good to me. But I could be completely wrong b/c the way they gave you the results is weird. It's good to get 2 samples and then average them for a result. But if DH has a bio child, that's a good sign! His current sperm analysis would be a result of about 2-3 months ago. Was he on antibiotics or other medicines 3 months ago?

Yes my DH fathered our 10 yr old DD. My DH has type 2 diabetes so he is taking some meds to help with that plus he takes zocor to help with cholesterol level. My DH has always been overweight but he fathered our DD with no problems. Years ago when had SA done he had a high count but now it looks like what you seen. When we had our DD years ago my DH back then didn't have type 2 diabetes. He just found out 6 months ago he had it.
I just wished I could understand about the SA he done this time of how to read it and tell me how many sperms he has. I'm looking in getting my DH some Maca to see if will help his count alone with us change our diet as much as can.
