successful 2nd mesa

has anyone had mesa unsuccessful first time but found sperm 2nd time?

My partner has NOA and yesterday had mesa (i think). They called to say no sperm was found

from sample and we have appointment on Monday to find out dx and options.

They only took a sample from his left one.

Me 26 : Mild PCOS
DH 23: NOA
TTC 2yrs

all tests normal apart from slightly elevated FSH 18
Ultrasound, Normal size and Volume.
