Bad Trifecta SA-concentration, motility, morpholgy
Hi all, first time poster following first time really bad news. Got my SA this week: 0.06million/ml, 25% motility, 0%morphology. Wondering what others experience is with this or similar scenarios. Meeting with the male fertility urologist next week as well. The combo of very low concentration with 0% morphology really worries me. No other health problems. Thanks in advance!

Just wanted to follow-up on my own post: had a second SA (mostly because I just wanted to be really sure the result was real!) and it was bad, but not as bad: 0.5million/ml, 35% motility, 0% morph (kruger method).
Met with the male infertility urologist today: exam normal, history normal, no identifiable factors. As expected, got bloodwork drawn (testosterone, LH, FSH), but I anticipate they will be normal as nothing points toward those labs being abnormal. Sooo, IVF with ICSI is our first choice at this point. Meeting with the RE soon, hoping for the best |
