Teratozoospermia

Stumbled upon this site. Happy to have found it.
Can anyone fill me in on Teratozoospermia.
From what I've read, there are no treatments to improve the shape of the sperm with this condition and pregnancy naturally is virtually impossible. Is this true. Am I reading things correctly. Has anyone become pregnant with their DH having this condition.
Any words of advice would be so much appreciated.

Teratospermia is just another word for poor morphology. Poor morphology is relative, so it depends on the extent and if there are additional factors involved. An acrosomal reaction test should help determine if the normal sperm are able to fertilize an egg normally. If they are, there are other treatments such as IUIs frequently offered.
