Are there any supplements or medication to treat NOA

Does anyone know of any experimental options for NOA. My son had TESE done for ICSI and was diagnosed with sperm maturation arrest. He only has spermatocytes and spermatagonia but stops there. My husband and I told the kids we would continue looking until we found an answer for their hope of having a biological child. I have read a little about men taking tamoxifen but I don't know what that is all about. I have heard that possibly zinc supplements help but I am also unsure about that. If anyone has any information I would greatly appreciate that. People have also mentioned that perhaps they should try Dr. Schlegel at Cornell, any thoughts on that? By the way they are adopting a puppy to love today to take some of the pressure off and take a breather

Thank you for all of you caring and concern.

I would take this question and repost in the Azoospermia thread located in Male Factor Infertility. I don't think there is much they can do....they have my DH taking One a Day vitamins. Some men are put on Clomid to raise their testosterone to produce sperm, my DH can't do this b/c they also diagnosed him with cancer. But post in the Azoo thread and someone might know more.
