Azoospermia - Need Urgent advice

Both Undescended testes since birth.

1- Age 16 & 17 testes brought down with two surgeries. After couple of years testes again went up to inguinal region due to sports etc.
2- Age 31 testes again brought down. Left testis removed to reduce risk of Cancer, Right brought down to scrotal sack.
3. Currently having only right testes and reports as mentioned below.

I took a telephonic appt with Dr S @ Cornell. He adviced me to conduct these tests and then will proceed accordingly.

Current Age 34 and RECENT MEDICAL REPORTS
  • Siemen Analysis done @ age 31- Azoospermia
  • FSH - 28.8 ref range 1.6 - 8 mIU/mL

  • % Free Testesterone 1.77 ref range 1.5-2.2
  • Testesterone Free 32.6 ref range 35-155
  • Reports related to other health activities are NORMAL.
Spouse - Age 33 - NO KNOWN PROBLEMS
  • Period 3rd Day blood and urine analysis normal
  • Period 10th Day ultrasound - Found 2 fibroids of size 9mm and 1.9cm in uterus. General Physician said this looks ok. Planning to take appt with a GYNE.
  • Period 10th Day ultrasound - Right ovarian follicile.
I request help from all the persons in this forum who have seen such cases.

Appreciate your help, guidance and support.
Thanks in anticipation.

Hi Seeker, you should go over to the Azoospermia thread - it's well-established and provides loads of helpful information. There are a lot of regulars there who can speak to the details of your questions.
