Testicular Biopsy...

My husband just had a testicular biopsy performed and we have to wait 5 wks for our follow up appt due to the Dr. being on vacation! So I have questions...

After the surgery, the Dr. told me there were no blockages that he could see so it appeared to be a production issue and when we see him for the follow up, he will know if there is enough for IVF or not. If there is enough for IVF, how do they retreive it?

I do not want my husband to go thru this procedure again - TMI, they pretty much cut him in half down there - but the Dr. didn't mention taking enough tissue to freeze while he was in there.

What happens next?

Any suggestions, stories, or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!!!
