Well, my husband was actually afraid to go get his sperm examined he postponed his appointment for about five times until I told him that he shouldn't be be afraid to go that either way I love him and that I would love him the same if it was him with the problem. He got the courage to finally go and everything was fine with him. But yeah, it took a little bit of persuation on my part to get him get tested.

I think that is pretty common.

My DH wasn't afraid, in fact we did it rather as an afterthought after not getting pg. His sample came back 0 sperm. This is so tough for any guy so I understand why they are nervous.
