Hi. I am new here. My DH and I have only been TTC for 3 months but I am really worried b/c he has a varicocele . We have an appt. to see an urologist next month and will hopefully get a semen analysis. My questions are 1. Do varicoceles always cause infertiltity and does anyone have any positive experiences with getting PG with a dh that has a varicocele. Also any tips on getting PG with a low sperm count would be greatly appreciated.

I have a friend who's hubby had variococele. She also had some major fertility problems. His variococele was operated on and she was put on some meds to help her own issues. Lo and behold, she got pg with triplets, which is almost unheard of! So, it can happen!

Let us know how the semen analysis goes. You will definitely learn more after that test is done.
