Micro-deletion of y chromosome

Do any of you out there have a dh with micro-deletion? My dh was diagnosed with this 3 years ago. We have done two fresh IVF/ICSI and one frozen all BFN. Just curious if there is anyone out there that has a positive story. We have moved on to either adoption or childfree at this point. We still pray and wish for success of others!!! Please share stories if you have them.
