Senario,
me and my mrs have been trying for two years to have kids,

my mrs tests seem have come back ok,
but my sperm count has come back as Azoospermia,

I have googled this and it means no sperm, whats so ever

advise please.

hi anonymous! I'm so sorry you are having to go through all of this- please know you are not the only one out there and that there is still hope
Have you been to a urologist who specializes in male fertility? They will be able to help determine if your azoospermia is obstructive or non-obstructive. If it is obstuctive then they maybe will be able to do minor surgery to repair and allow sperm to pass.
If it is non-obstructive there is a procedure called TESE (testicular ?epididymal? sperm extraction) or a biopsy where they can go in and look for a few single sperm to retrieve for use in in vitro fertilization.
Several women on here have husbands who have been through biopsies or TESE's and sperm were found -they went on to ivf and alot of them are now pregnant!

One other thing is have they taken bloodwork from you? Male hormone levels can also help tell what is going on.
