I am just now reading that Arkansas is a mandated state. My insurance company has not covered anything ($13,000) this year alone. I am going to a doctor that is out of network but the insurance company is not applying all of the charges for my services towards the deductible because they do not cover fertility treatments. They do not pay for my progesterone ($147/week). Can I go back and get reimbursed for some of this? Also, in regards to tax deduction, does anyone know how much of a tax refund occurs after the 7.5% of gross is met and exceeded?
