y chromosome deletion help??

Hi ladies and gents, i was just wondering if anyone could help. I just got my husband's blood results back and we now know why he has such a low sperm count. He has a long arm y chromosome deletion that shows no sins except a low sperm count. He is devastated right now and I have to say I am too. I am trying to be the positive one and help build him up but so far it is not working. My Re says that we can do IVF with ICSI but the likelihood is that he will pass this on if we have a son. I just need some advice. Our lives seem like they are spiraling out of control right now. Does anyone else have this problem? I am keeping the faith that we will be blessed with a beautiful baby still. any info you wonderful people can offer would be great. god bless you all,
and good luck.....
