Can anyone help me explain sperm test result

I just finish my sperm test in last month, my family doctor did not send the result to me, I go to check with Urologist today, he told me look like normal, but I rechecked the report find out there is not sperm count result, but a starge ting said specimen was concentrated, Can anyone help me explain does this mean I need go to use IVF or tube baby or consider get other person's sperm?

Thanks

you have a count because they were able to give you movement stats.

If the urologist said you are normal then there is probably nothing to be concerned about.
