semen analysis results

Hi
Can someone help me interpret this semen analysis report?
Count: 74x106/cc
Progression: 1+/-2
Total live cells: 15.17x106/0.5cc

Is the progrssion too weak?
Is the actual count in millions 74 millions or 15 millions. I got the results today and I can't interpret them. BTW this is a result of a frozen sperm sample after thawing
