Hi everyone.
This is my first time...writing on a forum like this and i already feel like i've got so much support. My husband and i have been ttc for the past 3 1/2 years with no success. We have just beaten around the bush with various tests and numerous doctors but with no proper diagnosis. It was realy frustrating.
I did conceive in april 2008 but that ended up to be a vesicular mole. It was such a heartbreak. Again no reasons or explanation given and my hubby and I were lost.
We visited and endocrinologist in July and she asked me to reduce weight and diagnosed me with symptoms of PCOS.
I lost 7 kilos in earnest and she suggested IUI this month (oct 09). I was on clomid from day 2 to day 6. Then I had gonal F injections on day 5, 7 and 9..75iu. When I went back for my ultrasound on the 13th day they found 9 eggs in both ovaries, 5 of which were mature and measuring an average of 22*18 mm. And my doc refused to go ahead with the IUI because of the risk of multiple births. But we did try naturally and keeping our fingers crossed and praying to god and hoping for the best. About 10 more days to go and im thinking i'll go mad before that!! I have lot of hope this time and feeling good....buttttt for the past three pays i've been getting a pain that feels like a pinch on either sides of my lower abdomen....which i'm presuming is the location of my ovaries. I've got 10 more days for my period and can't understand what this strange pain is because i've never experienced it before.

Please please can someone enlighten me on this.... and help me get rid of my fears.... I don't know what to think because everything was going so well...

I think you're right, it's probably ovarian pain. IA you'll have your little one when it is the right time. Just be careful when you have so many follicles. I don't know what I would do if I was faced with the decision to reduce.

Thank u so much for posting. Yeah I think so too. We'll hope for the best. If god wills me to have more than 1 at the same time then so be it. He knows best....

hii....got AF on the 12th....was devastated becoz had sooo much hope this time. But He has better plans i guess. But i didnt have a flow at all. Just a few drops. I called my doc and will be seeing him today....he asked to stop all medication in preparation for IUI next month. I don't know wat's happening. Do any of u??????? Im lost.....no words to express how i feel inside of me....
