OK, DH and I are ones for different and unusual. We've had a couple of names picked out for a while, one each for boy and girl, have had them about five years, but we always are coming up with new ones. My DH loves 3-letter middle names, so we are kinda stuck on those, although we made a list of them from A-Z, we haven't chosen any for SURE.

BOYS:

Stryker Jon
Sawyer ?
Remington ?

GIRLS:

Amerika Ray (DH's late father middle name Ray)
Aniken

being a school teacher i hear many names and think "i like that"...and then i remember a student with that that name that gave me a hard time and i think...nope...not so good after all...LOL...anyways...
boy - Royce Bayne (Royce is DH's first name and Bayne is a name i made up from both DH's middle name and my first name)
boy - Samuel Royce (Samuel from DH's grandfather who actually raised him)
girl - Chloe May (yes spelled May...i just really love the name Chloe and May from my birth month...but DH thinks it sounds too "country"...so we are not set on that one)
girl - Chloe Elizabeth (we would call here "Chloe Beth"...DH likes this one more)

this is a fun site for baby names...thought you all might enjoy it... The Baby Name Wizard: NameVoyager

Baby Names

I noticed that Grace or Gracie has been a very popular name over the past year but it is very beautiful. I do not know of anyone personally that has used that name.

A couple of names I have came up with are

1. Jasmine Ann (Jasmine just because I like it and Ann is after my grandmother who raised me, my stepmother, my MIL.

2. Keira Lynn (we both have Irish in our blood and my cousin's middle name is Lynn.

For a Boy

1. Alexander Clark (I think this has to do with Superman but boy do I hope not).

2. Liam Alexander (Just because)

Ditto on the teacher comment. Some students you just don't want to remember.

Our names are Anna Jo or Tyler Mark (both of our dad's names are Mark)

My husband insists we have to have a boy so the girl name is only my own

Here goes!
girls-
Hannah Marie (My cousin has just recently named her child Hannah, but I only see her once a year so I am sticking with naming my first girl Hannah, my husband and I have had this named picked out since we were in highschool. Yes we are highschool sweathearts!)
Samantha Marie
(Marie was my Grandmother's middle name)
We have not agreed on any boys names. I am teacher too, and have had lots of rotten boys, which rules out lots of boys names!

I have picked out a girls name that people either love it or hate it. It is London Rae (Ray after my deceased father) Boy Landry Ray. We live in Texas..my DH is a big fan of the Cowboys so that is where Landry came from!

We have definitely been thinking about baby names. For a boy: Michael Anthony (after Dh), or for a girl, DH likes Ana or Nia. I personally like Mitchell (not michelle) for a girl.

Here is hoping everyone gets that in 2007!
