We actually just picked up a book called What Not to Name Your Baby. Jumping the gun, perhaps, but it gives you something positive to read while giving you a laugh. All of our relatives have named their kids names that we think are goofy (Kade, Tanner, Blaine, Kody-with a K, etc.), so we have become partial to more traditional names.

boy: Hunter, Tyson, Lee (middle)
girl: Grace, Anne

Lol I can't believe I never put a response here!

Dh and I have had a hard time coming up with boy names but the other day we found two we can both agree on.

-Dylan
-Dean (LOVE THIS ONE!!)
(the bottom two we've had picked out for a while)
-Brennan (we had this one picked out for a while, and is actually Dh's best friends name)
-Kevin James (For my old best guy friend and my uncle who passed away.)

For girls:
-Hannah
-Faith (obvious because we needed to keep the faith kinda thing)
-Kaitlynn Maria

(wow! I can't believe we now have more boys names picked out then girls!! LOl. It never used to be that way!)

DH and I agree to that the names should start with the letter c because both of our names start with C, so here goes

Girl- first name COMFERT Middle name NEDEGE, this is my name and it means return to your home land you peaceful bird, DH love my name and thinks i get most of the attention in any crowd we enter because of my name and he would like that for his daughter.

Boy-charles or cecil

The names I really like are: Madison and Aidan. My husband likes Aidan but isn't sure about Madison. I guess we have a long time to try to figure it out.

I have posted to another thread but I'll add here as well. DH and I both have first names starting with J so we decided we wanted to do the same with our kids.

Boys:
Joshua Allen (Dh is Joshua and Allen is my dad's first name and his step-dad's last name)
Jacob Michael Phillip (Jacob is my great grandpa and Michael and Phillip were my mom's brothers who both passed away early in life)
Jordan Alexander (love the name Jordan, not sure why we chose this middle name.)

Girls:
Jillian Elizabeth (I think it's beautiful)
Jaden Lynn
Justice Renee

Our first boy would be Patrick Daniel.
Girl names are a touchy subject with DH. I want Caitlin Marie and he wants Madeline (no middle name yet).

Can ya tell where my heritage comes from?

We picked out the first boy's name five years ago and we've stuck with it. I'm not sure on middle names as my DH likes three letter middle names, so those are hard to come up with.Boy = Stryker Jon ThomasBoy = Sawyer Jay ThomasGirl = Amerika Ray Thomas (Ray after late FIL)Girl = Skye Blu Thomas

Well, we now have a middle name for Madelynn(his spelling): Elizabeth. Sounds pretty nice, Madelynn Elizabeth!
Now DH decided he hates Patrick!!! Oh how he changes his mind!!!! We talked about Joseph Daniel for another boy name and Celia for a girl.

My favorites are still Caitlin Marie and Patrick Daniel.

And I found this website and thought I would share.

Because we're sure that when we get our BFP, it's going to be twins...we have four names picked out - 2 girl names, 2 boy names.

Girls: Charlotte Sue (Sue is my SIL's name) and Eleanor Theresa (Theresa is my sister's name)

Boys: Hayden Vincent (Vincent is my dad) and Reed Joseph (Joseph is my brother).

I know that soon we will all be able to give our babies these names in person.

Good luck everyone!
