Girl Name Ideas

I am having such a time coming up with girl names that I like or that someone else hasnt already taken!

Im a mix of liking trendy names but not too crazy on the spellings.

Right now, I like..
Kaylee (but its very popular and very cutesy)

I like Carissa (but really like the nickname Cassie more)

Kyla?
Alyssa/Ally for a nickname?
or maybe Allyson

Camryn (Cammie)
Cameron.. not sure how to spell

Megan, Courtney, Gretchen (Husband doesnt love)

Any ideas/suggestions?

I like Grace or Faith as a middle name

I think Allyson Grace would be perfect and using Ally for a nickname.

Kaylee was on our choice of girls names too until poor little Caylee Anthony. I just couldn't use the name after that because every time I called her name I'd think of that horrible situation....

I also like Tabitha, Avery, Vivienne, Amelia and Tarryn. Good luck with the name game, it's a toughy.

If I had had a girl, I would have named her Blythe. It's a family name and not too common. Although I'm thrilled to have Davis, it makes me sad to know I'll never use the name Blythe!

I also like the name Cara, which means "dear" in Italian.

Have fun with your name search!

Kathryn

If you like Kaylee and Cammie then you would probably like Hallie... it's one of my favorites adn has many spellings and pronunciations.. such as Haylie or Halley or Hayley... you can pick adn choose... I personally like Hallie. Another name my hubby and I love but it isnt' very similar to the ones you currently have is Tessa.

My name is Erin. It's a good choice, not too unusual yet it is still distinctive.

We decided to go with a family name. We named our DD Ruby after her great grandmother. Not too many kids with that name, which I like. We've received so many compliments about her name. It's an older name but fits my daughter very well. I also like Isabella(Izzy) or Zoe. Good luck.

I like Ruby a lot!

My husband and I were discussing this over the weekend. If we have a girl, we're naming her Charlotte (after my father) Josephine (after St. Joseph).

If it's a boy, Malcolm Charles. Malcolm is just a name my husband has always liked (we would call him Mack) and Charles is a family name on both sides.
