The flu (and H1N1 virus) season is upon us now...YUCK!! The flu is a contagious infection of the nose, throat, and lungs caused by the influenza virus. The most common way to catch the flu is by breathing in droplets from coughs or sneezes. Less often, it is spread when you touch a surface such as a faucet handle or phone that has the virus on it, and then touch your own mouth, nose, or eyes. So keeping one’s immune resistance up is the best prevention for the flu. There are many products out there that claim to help fight the flu and other viruses (H1N1) but most product have harmful toxins and chemicals. So why not protect you, your family and your household by doing it in a little more natural way.
I have come across many products that will do just that and I couldn't be happier!!
I have two boys and one on the way so I cannot afford to get sick so I am doing all that I can to help prevent it. Don't get me wrong, this in no way takes place of the flu/H1N1 vaccines, but helps prevent it from spreading and making things worse.
