Here are my answers:

1. Abraham Lincoln. Why? I've always been interested in the Civil War and Lincoln in particular. The guy had a rough life -- his mom died when he was a little boy and he battled depression his entire life (like me) and he seemed to genuinely care about the soldiers and families during the war. As a writer, I'd simply love to interview him and really get into his mind.

2. Paris Hilton. Will someone please tell her that those 15 minutes of fame expired about 3 years ago? Please, Ms. Hilton, leave us in peace and take your partying with you.

3. Kyle Chandler -- oh man, he's so fine!; Josh Hartnett; Ben Affleck; Dean Cain; Andy Garcia; George Clooney; Mike Piazza (the baseball pitcher); Goran Visnjic from ER --- HOTTIE!

Totally agree w/the Paris thing - just go already!!

1. G.W.- lot's of reasons why. Would like to have a heart to heart (not like interview see on tv) and really find out some things that have happened in his presidency that we don't know about re: security etc.

( I'm always HORRIBLE at coming up with things like this quickly, so I'm sure in about a half hour I'll say, "oh my God, why didn't I put ...".)

1. If language isn't a barrier in this game (being that death isn't either), I would like to meet Jesus Christ and try to figure out who he really was. I've always admired and respected him, even when I turned away from religion and God.

2. Besides Paris Hilton, I'd say Britney Spears. Perhaps it isn't fair to say, but her pregnancies (one after the other)... I just don't know what to say. I want to ask, 'What's your hurry?" Or "Do you not understand BC?" And she's a dingaling. Face it. She is.

3. Brad Pitt. Always liked him, from his early days. And Johnny Depp, even tho he's a little small and skinny for my taste. I saw him on David Letterman one night recently, and he seems so modest. Almost uncomfortable being viewed as a sex symbol.

James Dean. He's the original rebel and was a wonderful actor, even if it was shortlived. He was sulky and artsy and it was rather sexy.

I've been obsessed with Floyd since I was a teenager and I think Roger Waters is a musical genius.

2. Which current celebrity drives you nuts and why can't you stand him or her?

The list is large, but I'll give you two.

Tom Cruise - obvious reasons
Susan Sarandon - no event is complete without SS making a political statement

Lots, but my current celebrity crush is Paul Walker.

1. I'd love to meet Selena, the Tejano singer that was shot by her fan club manager about 10 years ago. I loved her music and still watch the DVD of her story all the time. She was very inspiring, very charismatic (sp) and had such a life left to live.

2. Paris Hilton drives me insane because she's famous for little to nothing. Tom Cruise and his over the wall tactics right now are high on my list. I've not gone to see a couple of his recent movies because of it.

3. I have a couple guys that really get the blood running: Dave Navarro for starters is my dream bad-boy. I love the tattoos and piecings and just once I want to touch that open chest he's always sporting. I love Ryan Reynolds, any movie he's in I have to have it at the house. I also love Tim McGraw, I see him every time he's in town!

Huh. I wouldn't have guessed it. It's weird thinking of Kevin Spacey as homo or heterosexual, really. He's such a tremendous actor, but I've always kind of thought of him as asexual.

In response to the Britney Spears comment, I think it's the small town girl in her. I finished high school (junior and senior year) at a (very) small town school and all of my friends had all of their children by the time they were 24. I remember visiting once when I was 23 or 24 and the response to me not having children yet was "Well, why'd you get married?" Apparently, that's the only reason anyone would ever get married. I've also been told that 30 is too old to have children.

Did anyone see "Sweet Home Alabama" with Reese Witherspoon? she goes to her southern home town and sees her old friend "YOu have a baby... in a bar!!" That's just typical!! And Britney may have left Kentwood (about 45 min. from me) at a young age for Mickey Mouse, it's still in her blood. Her dad still lives there. And he'll aim a shot gun at you if you come on his property. seriously.
