we had such a great night! i cooked his favorite (homemade fettucine alfredo) with ceasar salads and breadsticks. i made the chocolate fondue, and it was SOOO good! i will give you guys the recipe, cause it was yummy and so much fun! while we ate dinner i played a cd that had all of our wedding music on it, so that brings back tons of memories! i also had been saving a bottle of champagne that i bought from napa last summer. fter dinner we cleaned the kitchen and i sent chris outside to play with our furbaby, bella. then i made the fondue and served on the cutest platter with all kinds of fruits, pound cakes and wafer cookies too! adorable! we even danced in the kitchen! i gave him a back massage and once again put on my sexy gear! GREAT NIGHT!

oops, forgot to give dh some credit! he brought home roses and the sweetest card. hey, here is the fondue recipe:

i used a bit pot, filled it half way with water and then put a metal bowl on top of it, put it on medium heat. then:
melt one tablespoon of better
add 11.5 ounces chocolate and stir, stir, stir
add 1 cup marshmellow creme
4 tablespoons condensed milk
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
just keep stirring as you add things. it seems lumpy at 1st, but it will eventually smooth out!

i made a pound cake, let it cool and then cut it into small cubes, and also used fruits and cookies. ladies, it was so good, fun and romantic! make it for your man and i promise you'll have a great time!
