Greetings from the
 Sunshine State of Florida..... I live in Miami(born & raised), where we go swimming during Christmas! (But i have lived in NC, GA, MI, and MA)

___________________________________________ VASHTI Me-  27 PCOS Never had a cycle unless induced by medication or BC... and I wasn't complaining until I was told that I couldn't have children because I didn't ovulate.... go figure!My DH (He's such a Sweetie Pie)- 27 healthy swimmers  We've been married since 4/05 TTC: since Aug 06 -Stopped BC in Aug 06 -first RE visit 2/2007 -HSG 4/2007 --All Clear -Prometrium to induce AF 5/2007 -Clomid 1st round 50mg -U/S zip, zilch, nada, as in didnt even ovulate  -Prometrium 6/2007 followed by AF---- Clomiphene up'd to 100mg -U/S 7/9/07---- we'll see  ......7/9 US showed no signs of ovulation but a healthy endometrial lining prescribed Prometrium again--- shucks 8/01- started prometrium to start  8/13- started clomid 150.... 8/23- U/S great lining but no follicles.... moving onto injectibles Gonal-F 8/26 starting prometrium to induce 9/10- U/S and E2 blood test 9/11- 1st injectible cycle (GonalF)

Luv it! 4/07-start injections w/iui. 4/12-1st injection 75iu follistim 4/16-bw and us. 4/17-u/s, one mature follice, estridol 374 4/19- IUI #1 4/29-IUI 5/2- 5/5-5/8-Follistim 75iu 2 doses @ 150 5/15 and 5/16- Iui # 2 progesterone-79, Beta #1(10 dp iui) 6 Beta #2 next day- 25   (11 dp iui)Beta #3 5/29-187 (14 dp iui)Beta #4 6/1-511 progesterone 93.Beta #5 6/6-3100 progesterone 82.u/s-measuring 6wk, hb 110 bpm good gestational sac, everything looks good. u/s-7wks- hb 145 bpm, everything looks good! 12 wks-hb 166-wow what crazy sound! 9-21--Its a BOY!!!!

Pinylove- I don't know about the immune testing and endo. Have you looked into Boston IVF in Waltham? I hear they are good as well, and would be somewhat closer for you...

I have not looked at it much, but a friend of mine did DE there and got pregnant the first try. I thought Brigham and Womens was closer to me.

 ME: 36 (low ovarian reserve, poor egg quality, endo) DH: 37 (inconsistent counts, low motility) TTC 4 years IUIx5 IVFx5 BFP on final IVF! 12/19 First U/S(5w6d) TWINS!! saw two sacs, one heartbeat, baby b a little behind we hope he/she catches up! beta 26,000.Second U/S 1/2 Lost baby B. One healthy baby now measuring exactly on target with HR of 155. 3rd u/s baby b still there but getting smaller  baby A is perfect, moving around and has a HR of 172.1/24 OB appt-baby measuring ahead-HR 173. 3/19 it's a girl!!!!
