Some Good news!
I went out with my new realor yesterday and fell in love with a house!!!
I was about to call the listing agent on my house last night and tell her I found "the house" and we needed to move the house along! When she called me with a question. I answered it and a hour later we had a full price offer on our house to close on December 10th! I am so so happy!

Meredith - That is wonderful news! I am sure that it feels like a huge weight has been lifted off of you! That is great, I am so happy for you!! Now you can get moving into your new home and start settling into your new surroundings. Good luck on the upcoming move and closing!

Mer, that is fabulous news. Congratulations. I know you just didn't feel at home where you are right now. I'm sure this will help. How great. Between the holidays and December fast approaching you'll be closing on the house before you know it. Best of luck!

this weekend flew! It was crazy,,,,, did someone say no stress??? Not happening!
So I showed Hubby the house, he likes it a lot, so we put in a offer! Now we will know at 9 pm tonight if they accept it or counter! We are closing on our house and they want to move up the closing! That is great news for us, so we may sign papers while we are in Houston which we go to on Thursday! Things are falling in line here and if all goes well we will close on our house here December 18th and be in by Christmas. DH has promised me a Christmas tree in the house. We have a artifical tree in Houston with all our stuff there too! Keep all fingers and toes crossed! The lady buying our house sent us a note saying how much they love our house and promise to take care of it! That was so sweet! YIPEE things are going good! Oh and the pregnancy is going well too, still sick all the time!! back to the Dr when I get back from Houston on Dec 29th for the next U/S!

Sounds like things are going perfectly. Congratulations Meredith. I know you were looking for the right people to buy your house and it looks like you found them. I hope the weather cooperates with your move in December. Glad to hear that you are sick too, I know it's not fun but it's a great sign.
