Yup, and I am watching it as I am interested in this story. Turns out she was a he but decided to keep the female reproductive organs and his wife had a hysterectomy. They are however not the first couple to this, just the first to go public.

I guess that goes to show no matter how much you want to be something else in the end you are still what God intended you to be. She wanted to be a man but now she is doing the most womanly thing on earth

I would have to agree with you frymomma...why would he spend all that time to change himself into a male then do the most womanly thing possible...i'm not sure if i get it. i, by no means, am trying to pass judgement...i guess i just don't understand. I was watching something on tv the other night and this news channel mentioned the story and they claimed it was some kind of medical mystery...hello....i don't think there is a mystery here...if you still have a uterus then, god willing, you can still have a baby. regardless, it will be interesting to watch.

I watched this program and I have to say that I was very impressed. The one comment made by Thomas which stuck is that having a biological child was neither a woman desire nor a mans, but rather a human desire. After seeing all of the program and the couples devotion to eachother and to this unborn child, how can anyone argue?

I found the home method of getting pregnant quite interesting though...
