My sister and I were both adopted. She has a bit of a problem, mentally. I really want to help her find out who her biological parents are, but I dont know if I should get involved at all. I am thinking of going to my adoptive parents and asking them for some help, but even then I'm not too sure how to go about getting the help. If anyone has any ideas, I'm open. Thanks!
