I went to the vitamin store on hear say of what has work for some. I herd about L-Arginine and PABA combined with vitamin C. I was told that some women have great results with this. I have also read that these are in Fertility blend and Fertiaid. What have you herd about this? I am also on DHEA. To help of course. I also resent ran across Chasteberry mentioned quit alot as well. I am thinking about adding that too. Is there anything any of you hear about this? Oh yeah I have also read that L-Arginine and DHEA boost sperm count and motility as well.

i have heard about fertilaid and am interested in trying it. I also posted a thread about it asking if anyone has ever tried it but haven't gotten any responses yet. I have been tested for hormone levels and my FSH and everything came back good..so i want to try to see if they will help me out.

DH and I actually had a conversation about this today. He's a regular shopper at GNC and he saw that they had fertility blend for men and women and never knew such a thing existed. I had him read me the list of stuff in the women's fertility blend, and it included chasteberry, folic acid, antioxidants, vitamin E, selenium, L-arginine, B vitamins, and I think DHEA. I guess it depends on what brand you get. But hey- it can't hurt, right?
