Red face Please help...feeling awful.

Hello, I haven't been on in a while. I am 31 years old, tried 3 rounds of IUI and all failed. I have multiple sclerosis so I had to put the baby making on hold. I going to move forward with IVF around March 2010. I am about 5'2" and 190lbs. I have been trying to shed some lbs. but I am an emotional eater. My DH and I have been trying to conceive for 4 years. There is nothing wrong w/ DH or myself, we just can't seem to conceive. I feel like giving up sometimes, is it really my weight? Can I just not get pregnant?! I have very regular periods, every 28 days to do the day. So, with this being said I blame my weight but a part of me can't believe that this can be true, that this can be the reason. I just feel so discouraged. And, as I get older I just feel like my window to get pregnant is becoming smaller and smaller. Perhaps some of you ladies can shed some light on my situation.

Best of luck to all of you.

Hello,
I'm definately no doctor and I really can't help tell you why. But I just want to tell you to keep your head up! Staying positive, even though it feels impossible sometimes its important. There are so many amazing women on this site that just have no idea "why" yet we all find a way to push on and finally one day hold that little bundle of joy in our arms! Your day will come when you least expect it!
My are with you and your family!
Good Luck!

So sorry you are having a tough time.

I too am overweight and ttc. I truly feel that if I lost the extra weight we would be able to conceive more easily. To reach my ideal weight I need to lose over 100 lbs. Ugh. I just don't want to put IF treatments off just to lose weight. But, really, I need to. We had our first IUI and will know the results on wed. If it's a I think i will focus on getting healthy to increase our chances before another IUI.

Hope that you get your !!
