I was actually put on a infertility diet because I can no longer take metformin. My RE says that the diet can do the same thing as the metformin. I was underweight and concerned about a diet. But he said if your overweight you will lose weight and if your under weight you will gain weight. I also have blood sugar problems. I started it and wow it really worked for me I have alot more energy my blood sugars are stable and I even started to have an LH surge on my own this cycle. (doesn't normal happen for me) The diet is called. "The New Glucose Revolution Diet To living Well With PCOS"
Hope this helps you..
