Wow, Masleon, I'm sorry no one responded earlier. I don't think the "Ovulation, Testing & Tracking" section of this site has very much traffic. A positive OPK predicts that you're going to ovulate generally within 24-48 hours (but you could ovulate sooner depending on when you tested during your LH surge). So to answer your question (for the next time), you and your significant other need to get busy!! Right away! If you're charting your temperatures, make sure you keep having sex through (and including) the morning of your rise in temperature. You want to make sure that his sperm is waiting for your egg when you ovulate. After you ovulate, it's too late. Hope that helps! Good luck!
