Hi everyone!

I just started using a ovulation preditor kit this month and i never detected a LH surge. I have normal cycles but im not quite sure how long they are. Im guessing 28 days...but i'll be able to tell next month. Ive done it everyday since I've had my period . I went online and used an ovolation calender. It said for a 28 day cycle i would of ovulated on the 16th..but it's now the 20th and even if i had a 30 day cycle i should of already ovulated. Do any of you ovulate later in your cycle? I also have been tracking my temp but its hard because there is a big diff between 1 day to the next.

I've been using those for almost a year now. At the beginning I bought the ones with the little lines...impossible! I moved onto to the Clearblue Easy, they are more $, but give you a smiley face if you have your surge. You really don't need to start testing until around day 10 if you have a normal 28 day cycle. The box should give you good guidelines. And remember, the OPK only tell you that you had a surge, doesn't mean you O'd for sure. The only way to tell that is by getting your progesterone taking near the end of your cycle. Good luck!

which Ovulation predictor kit are u using? I bought for the first time this month....FIRST RESPONSE ovulation predictor kit......it's very good and showed me positive ovulation on the 17th. you can try that...it explains very nicely the day wen u have to start testing?
