Does anyone know anything about early ovulation? I've been tracking mine via Billings method, and roughly estimate that I usually ovulate around day 17, Af usually starts day 30. Have had 5 periods since the birth of my 2nd son, who is now 16 months. All been 30 day cycle, except one 25 day cycle (3rd period). I feel fairly confident at charting my cervical mucous & was confused that I had the clear stretchy stuff the day after my perid ended (day 6) have had some more since & been quite wet. Also experiencing the usual aches I get around O time. Hubby & I did the deed day 8. I don't really want to get preg again at the mo, as am still bf both my sons (oldest is 3). So, I am wondering if it's likely that I have or am about to O so early in my cycle & if preg is possible. Any one have any answers/thoughts?

I've been searching for information about this as well. I normally have a 27 -28 day cycle and this last time, I had "wetness" around day 8 after start of last period. Can that happen. my periods don't last more than 3 days normally. I also do not have much cervical mucus at all. I haven't seen the egg white mucus for the last couple of cycles but have had it in the past. I tried the Ovulation kit from Walgreens and it stated that i was not ovulating. I also had some light pains on both sides so not sure if i did or didn't! Thanks for any help/insights.

I did not find cm changes useful or accurate as I got pregnant when I didn't want to as I thought I was safe based on my cm texture!! Crazy because then when I WANTED to get preggers it took 6 mths to get it right! I have a 35-40day cycle and ovulate day 16 (supposed to be day 14 for standard 28 day cycles) so go with your own body details rather than the 'guides' that are available.
