Hi - Mine was 201 the day they let me trigger..and that was low considering I had 3 mature follicles and a bunch of smaller ones. They typically like to see at least 200ml per mature follicle so if you have 5 follicles, 5x200 = 1000

TTC naturally 2 years.. nada. Me (23) - borderline FSH/ possible DOR... what??! Hubby (24)- Good count/99% mobile ..BAD morph (4%) 8/09 Laporascopy- removed cysts, NO endo, tubes open  2 IUIS -  10/09 - accepted into IVF trial!! Drew Conventional Start Lupron shots 11/8 - E2 1450/ Trigger HCG 11/9 - 13 eggies retrieved 24Hr - 11 fertilized/48 hours - 2-4 cells.

My follicles are currently growing, but the estrogen is staying the same. What's up with THAT?!?! I have 3 main follies....two at 11mm and one at 14mm. They think the two might taper off and only the 14 will ovulate, but why hasn't my estrogen gone up if all these are growing now???
Anyway, I'm just excited that something is actually happening. For awhile there, it was really discouraging. When she started measuring stuff today I about threw a party for myself.  Grow follies, grow!!!!

Me- 30 (Kallmann's Syndrome, primary amenorrhea) DH- 28 (great guy, great swimmers!)  Furbaby "Gatsby" (goldendoodle)8/09- Menopur produces one 19.5 follie 8/21/09 Karotype test reveals low-level mosaicism for Turner Syndrome, geneticists unable to shed much light on how this will effect fertility 9/09- Menopur produces lots of 14 mm follies that fizzle from lack of E2....cycle cancelled  10/09- BCP to reset cycle...a welcome break! AMH test done 9/26/09 and comes back at 6.7 "very good reserve" 10/30/09- Gonal F AND Menopur 11/6/09- LOTS of follies from 10-12 mm. E2 at 306...a record for me!! 11/8/09- UGH too MANY follies...E2 729, 10+ follies over 15 mm. Cycle cancelled
