Positive OPK but low progesterone levels.

Hello all. I am currently in distress and hoping you all could help. I have been using OPKs and getting positive results starting on day 20 and my period usually starts around day 27. Once I confirmed this by charting my temps I called my doctor and she wanted me to come in for a progesterone test. I went in on cycle day 20 and my level was 2.4. I went back in on cycle day 26 and my level was 3.1. She simply told me to start taking a B complex vitamin and come back if I haven't conceived after trying for a year. If you were me what would you do? She said it is possible to get pregnant with progesterone levels that low but from all the research I've done this seems highly unlikely. PLEASE help as I am lost. I thought perhaps the low progesterone levels were a result of me not ovulating but she didn't even mention this in our conversation. Thanks in advance.
