When do I ovulate?
I have no idea how to track when I ovulate? I have PCOS and I am very irregular, I never start my cyle on my own, (i am hoping to soon since i am on metformin) but if i take provera or prometrium to induce my AF will I ovulate? I dont understand any of it?

hi becky, i'm new to this too - but you can do LH tests or temp each morning with a Basal Temperature Thermometer. Good luck!

Me: 30, PCOS DH: 28, Low Count/Morph Siefer 8 (shepard/rottie) Mei Mei 5 (husky/shepard) JJ 15 (husky/lab) in heaven and always remembered!First time IUI May 26 - Day #1 Clomid, taken 10 days at 2 pills each June 9th - First day of LH testing - Negative June 10th - Day #17 Ultrasound - 2 #7's and 1 #8... *sigh*  June 17th - Day #25 Ultrasound - 18 mm follie!! HSG tomorrow and IUI for Thursday!  September scheduled IVF "Hoping for #1"

I have pcos too, and am fairly new to charting. I am on metformin and seem to be o'ing on my own. I am
 that this works, as i have no insurance. Oh well, the bible says all things work together for good to those who love the lord and are called according to his purpose!!! You can also go to fertility friend.com if you are bbt temping, and it will help track your ovulation!

Tammy 3-11-08 diagnosed with PCOS, but have known for awhile/on metformin/ttc12mo/using bbt. dd 11y ds 7y ds 4y 5-31-98 11dpo maybe too early?6-3-08 Guess not!!! Try again !7-10-08 dh has been in hospital 3 weeks and has lost eye sight completly in right eye, but all things work together for good who love the lord!!!
