hey, technically it just has to double in 3 days for all to be well. double was 82-- so you did rock this. 117 is more than doubling in 72 hours. Can you request another beta? And consider the first u/s a bean count and request another one a week later jic? I didn't see a hb at my first u/s w/ dd but the one a week later i did....

I could request another BETA, but I hate those things.... I scheduled a U/S and am going to rely on faith alone to get me through. I hold Avery and I'm not as psycho as I was before I had her! Isn't that silly?
So U/S is now scheduled, it will be at 6 weeks 4 days, Avery's was 6 weeks 5 days, I'm not going too soon right... When were yours girls, help me out??? I'll change it if I need to!

Dre, 6w4d is perfect. Like I mentioned earlier I went in at 6w5d and was able to see the heart beating. I'm sure you'll be just fine. I really hope you can do this on faith alone. I know how much we both worried before and now I look back and wished I hadn't. I missed out on so much joy of my early months of pregnancy. I didn't start to relax until around week 24 and by then I was more then half way through! Rest, relax, enjoy and keep praying!

I am with Jen, it goes by too quickly to spend the majority worrying. Numbers are just numbers go with your heart.

Let us do the worrying for you. I've got nothing to obsess over until I get started in October so I will take the first 12 weeks and the rest we can work out in shifts.

Dre: When I was pg with the twins, I told everybody; then the next day after the beta had dropped I had to tell everyone I was m/c'ing. If I had it to do over only the forum gals here and my dh would only know. Everyone grieved with me, but it was so hard to say "Hey, forget it, I'm miscarrying". Not to say you will m/c, but if you were me, I would wait.

Blessings, Michelle

hey you!!!! This is real, i can come pinch you it might take me a while to get there, but i will make sure it is worth the trip ....just kidding.

dont let those beta numbers fool you either.....you might have two in there and then you will really want to be pinched

your first u/s is gonna be great! you could wait to have it on Aedyn's birthday the 20th.....but two more days would just drive you up the wall! and then you wouldnt be able to call and scream "we are having twins" coz i will be in labor and delivery, at this way on the 18th - i get to hear the wonderful and awesome news!!!!
