support garment band post natal

Did any of you wear a support garment band or girdle after your c-section or natural birth? I have heard some hold you in and help you regain your figure back. If you have which one did you use?

I had 2 c-sections and I wore an abdominal binder from the hospital for quite some time after my first. I didn't wear it nearly as long for my 2nd and I think my belly is definitely bigger than after my 1st. Not sure if it's just because it was my 2nd pg or if the binder really did anything.

I did the same as Hannah. Mostly sweats or loose pants for at least a month.

I used one sporadically, and I hated it. It rubbed against my bra, and I was getting sores. The good thing is that my clothes looked really nice when I had it on . I don't wear one anymore.
